Our boats are available for boarding at the Ibiza harbour: if you wish to board from another location, we can organise a pickup service for you at any other harbour on both islands. Please, contact us for more information.
Cancellation requests needs to be send using the contact form below, or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellations at least 30 days before the departure date will be refunded. After this limit date, there will be no refund.
Last minute cancellations due to meteorological circumstances and only on the captain's decision will be 100% refunded.
"No-show": the full amount of the rental and crew service will be paid by the customer.
Cancellations (by phone or email) on the day of the booking will be considered a "no-show".
Special COVID-19: Due to the current circumstances of the coronavirus pandemic and for the tranquility of our clients, we inform you that cancellations will be 100% refunded in case the local authorities declare the island of Ibiza or the client's location as a blocked area or area in quarantine during the dates of the reservation.
